The OHaus Valor 2000 a water resistant NSF-Certified Food Safe scale that enhances safety, efficiency and productivity. The Valor 2000 is known in the food processing industry for it's speed and durability. It is ideal choice for harsh environments because of it's safety approvals and its knife proof puncture resistant keypads. The polycarbonate keypad can endure contact with knives and other sharp instruments that are commonly used in food preparation, processing and portioning. It has an IPX8 flow through design that channels fluids through strategically located drain holes in the event of liquid spills. This makes it the ideal choice for wet environments as well. Front and rear dual displays allow for multiple users to increase efficiency. And a stainless steel model is available with an Extra Check Weighing mode for increased functionality. Choose the weighing only or checkweighing option in the drop down menu.
The Valor 2000 allows for speedy food processing, checkweighing applications for sorting, portioning and quality assurance, stabilization time of less than 1 second and easy cleanup.
