Legal for Trade Scale for Farmers Market

The APM Series is an ideal Farmers Market Scale because it is economical, lightweight and portable. Available in capacities of 30 lb - 300 lb, it works whether you are weighing a small box of tomatoes or a bushel of squash. The APM comes with an optional pillar. which raises the indicator up above the scale making it visible at eye level when the scale is on the ground - ideal for weighing heavy baskets of fruits and vegetables. The scale can be used without the pillar as a tabletop scale for your produce stand. Without the pillar the indicator snaps to the side of the scale via 3 foot pigtail cable.

The APM is NTEP Certified for legal trade, so it can be used at your retail produce stand, fruit and vegetable market or carried to the Farmers Market. It's affordable price, rugged construction, reliability and accuracy make it the popular choice of many local farms. And our newly upgraded Traveler transport case (optional) will allow you to transport the APM to the weekly Farmer's Market with ease, making it exceptionally portable.

The large LCD display with backlight gives excellent readability in sunlight which makes the APM Series ideal for outdoor use. The heavy duty construction will withstand harsh industrial operation yet its light weight makes it ideal for portability and the low profile makes it easy to load and unload the platform.

The built-in rechargeable battery and external power adapter allow portability (the battery lasts a minimum of 150 hours without backlight). The low battery indicator alerts you to charge the battery, saving downtime and the automatic power save conserves battery power.

Zero tracking assures that you always start weighing at zero and the selectable auto tare function allows the first article on the platter to be automatically tared. The easy calibration function ensures accuracy. The adjustable feet help you to keep the scale level for accurate results on uneven working surfaces.

Options for display: platform, pillar or wall mounted (3 ft of cable supplied), allowing flexibility of operation and position.
